About You
The Communications Business Partner, International supports creation and execution on the communications strategy for the CSLV International Commercial Leadership team. The role will support numerous team members within the CSLV international commercial leadership team and ensures that communications initiatives support the broader commercial and enterprise-wide goals and objectives. For that, the individual will coordinate closely with Communications and commercial colleagues in regional affiliates to ensure consistent communications. The role ensures continuous content contribution in specific area of responsibilities for CSL Group’s “owned” multimedia publishing channels.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reports to Associate Director Commercial Communications Business Partner, International
- Responsible for all aspects of internal and/or external communications materials and events for CSLV International Commercial Team.
- Responsibilities typically include media materials, digital and internal communications.
- Drives corporate messaging and ensures communications are aligned with the company’s global brand positioning.
- Develops and executes internal and external communications plans that support telling our Commercial and Therapeutic Areas narratives and ensures understanding, engagement and company reputation.
- May also be responsible for strategic communications, consultation to internal functions and support special events.
- Ensures continuous content contribution in specific area of responsibilities for CSL Group’s “owned” multimedia publishing channels for both internal and external stakeholders/audiences. Metrics and analytics to be established and tracked.
- Manages agencies and related partners, responsible for system tasks that come along with the function
Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or closely related field.
- 5+ years' experience in communications
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent writing, editing and creative skills
- Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable.
