The Commercial Lead represents the RDBU leadership team in-country, ensuring localization of strategic execution, delivering patient uptake and sales, leading annual tactical plan and results monitoring. Acting as front line manager of RD KAMs to manage day-to-day operations and to ensure alignment with Affiliate GM core teams and key functions
