About You
Vifor Pharma is currently undergoing unprecedented growth and portfolio expansion. We are currently hiring a Human Resources Generalist for a 6 months fixed-term contract in order to help us absorbing an increase of workload to come. You will be reporting to the Head of HR Asia and will have to take care of around 50 pax in this region (mainly located in Singapore and China). This role will be based at our office in Singapore. Your tasks and activities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Main responsibilities:
- Provide general HR support and coordination
- Attend to HR related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Support on integration project
Tasks:
- HR Support & Coordination for:
-Recruitment process
-Employee onboarding and exit matters
-Corporate insurance related matters
-HR system maintenance and update
-Support on performance management cycle
-Backup for payroll and benefits administration
- Attend to HR queries:
-Internal employees on pay and leave matters
-Search firms
-Payroll vendors
- Integration Project:
-Data/Information compilation for reporting, analysis and harmonization purposes
-Coordinate on related communication materials
-Coordinate on employee engagement activities
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, specializing in HR
- At least 5 years of experience as HR professional
- Asia exposure (Singapore, China)
- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Preferred Requirements
- Good HR knowledge with understanding of integration challenges
