We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to consolidate our sales team for our Nordic affiliate Vifor Pharma Nordiska AB in Sweden. In this position, you will directly report to the Sales Lead Gastro. Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Be part of the KAM team and ensure implementation of country/regional plans and activities
Deliver sales targets for Vifor Pharma Gastro products
Engage in effective teamwork within department and cross functionally between Vifor Pharma departments/countries in order to develop business
Coordinate activities according to sales and access activities in the respective territory
Sales and local Market Access representation for Vifor Pharma products in the region
Working with extensive key account management to establish, maintain and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Drug formulary committees, specialist groups, etc.
Visiting customers within hospitals to develop business in the region
Develop and lead the tendering work in the territory, pre-tendering and post tendering work
Attending international, national, regional congresses and meetings
Developing and implementing the KAM Territory Action Plans, TAP, working strategically and aligning with decided plans and tactics
Working cross functionally with resources within company to ensure Vifor Pharma’s success
Building and constantly developing knowledge in key therapeutic areas
Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations is met
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Significant sales experience in pharmaceutical industry and Key Account Management as well as documented track record of sales in the hospital and specialty market
Sales experience in the assigned therapeutic areas is preferred, established network is an advantage
Basic medical training, LIF training and exam
Documented excellent sales track record
Proven relationship building skills with customers and KOLs
Swedish (native language), English (fluent)
Good knowledge of the Swedish pharmaceutical market and the Healthcare environment
