About You
We are looking for a motivated and passionate professional for our entity in Corden Pharma in Lisbon. You come with a certain background in the pharma industry and are an expert in Microbiology? Do you have a good understanding of GMP requirements? Then we are looking for you as:
Microbiology Lab Leader (m/w/d) 100%
Your tasks:
- Management of microbiology laboratory team.
- Planning and execution assigned tasks namely routine/ validation cleaning validation / verification, water and environmental monitoring.
- Execution of microbial identifications interpretation
- Assure that all reagents and culture media used in microbiology analysis are controlled and approved (growth promotion tests)
- Issue and update of technical documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports) related with the activities (compliance and alignment with the instituted practice).
- Support to analytical Event/OOS/OOT and/or deviation investigations, QC internal CAPAs and CCs processes.
- Support and management of QC routine activities (such as equipment management, standards/reagents/consumables management, purchase orders etc...).
Your profile:
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related area
- years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good understanding of GMP requirements for pharma industry with Quality Control / Compliance background
- Knowledge of different microbiological methods applied to pharmaceutical dosage forms, environmental monitoring, water analysis and cleaning validation.
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems such as LIMS, TRACKWISEMinitab is an advantage
- Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
- LEAN and Six Sigma Training (Green belt or Yellow belt) is an advantage
