In order to reinforce our Production Technical Support Team, we are looking for a skilled and entrepreneur engineer. 

Your main responsibility will be to support the Production and Packaging department by leading improvement projects related to equipment, packaging materials or processes in order to increase Quality and Productivity.

In this role, you will:

• Support/lead investigations linked to quality or performance issues in order to avoid reoccurrence
• Propose, Support & Lead improvement projects in order to reduce Deviations and improve line performance
• Coordinate projects with internal departments, other project stakeholders and suppliers
• Be a key player in problem solving
• Act as single point of contact for all technical problems linked to packaging material
• Coordinate change request for internal and/or customer requests
• Support qualification department into equipment qualification with a focus on packaging material
• Support Technical Customer Request process for quotations
• Deal with packaging component suppliers in case of complaints/Non conformity to solve quality issues
• Act as a commodity specialist for packaging material
• Comply to Vifor quality procedures based on cGMP standards
• Ensure employees are well trained to new SOPs 
• Ensure investigations are well documented and ready to be presented to Health authorities 
• Act as Backup Key User for online printing and Serialization process
• Promote the right collaboration & communication with others departments/employees/operators

For this challenge, we are searching for a dynamic, rigorous and social person bringing the following profile:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering or related field required
• Ideally 5 years experience in a Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Manufacturing support role
• Proven experience with packaging material (blisters, folding boxes, plastic pots)
• Experience in online printing
• Experience in serialization processes and software a serious plus
• GxP Compliance Knowledge / pharma industry experience a plus
• Lean/Six sigma certification is an asset
• High proficiency on office tools (Excel, Power point)
• Fluent in French and English
